Track your assigned weeks, and ensure your Owner Edit(able) fields are correct:
OCCUPANT - Pick from Self, Family/Friends, Owner to Owner, or Unoccupied.
GUEST NAME/PHONE - For Family/Friends please list their name and contact details.
CLEAN? - Default is Yes. Only set to No if unoccupied or for the 1st of 2 consecutive weeks.
CHARGE TO - Default is Owner. Only set to None if unoccupied or for the 1st of 2 consecutive weeks. For Other, please add a note in the Guest Name column.
The calendar is password protected.
