2026 Occupancy Calendar ↗️

Track your assigned weeks, and ensure your Owner Edit(able) fields are correct:

1. OCCUPANT - Pick from Self, Family/Friends,  Owner to Owner, or Unoccupied.

2. GUEST NAME/PHONE - For Family/Friends please list their name and contact details.

3. CLEAN? - Default is Yes. Only set to No if unoccupied or for the 1st of 2 consecutive weeks.   

4. CHARGE TO - Default is Owner. Only set to None if unoccupied or for the 1st of 2 consecutive weeks. For Other, please add a note in the Guest Name column.

Note:

• The calendar is password protected.

• Details on calendar usage is on the Instructions tab. 

• 2027 week selection process begins September 16th 2026. A reminder email will be sent the week of September 7th, please verify your contact details.
